Delivery
I offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Deliveries within the UK are sent using Royal Mail and usually take 3-5 days to arrive. International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and can take up to 21 days to arrive, although it is usually much quicker. You will be responsible for any customs charges or import duties that may be levied in your country.
Ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Made to order items usually take around 1-2 weeks. I will keep you up-to-date via email on the progress of your order throughout. All my jewellery is sent out to you in my branded gift packaging. I try to use letterbox-friendly packaging wherever possible (except for rings), so you won’t have to worry about your postie leaving your parcel lying around somewhere unsuitable.
Returns
You may return an unused and unworn item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, excluding bespoke items or items which have been customised. If you would like to return your order please email returns@loismartin.com and full instructions will be given.
Payment
Your card payment will be processed safely and securely using Stripe. You also have the option of using PayPal if you prefer, or you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device is enabled.
Craftsmanship
Each item of jewellery is individually made by hand, and is therefore unique. As a result, your purchase may vary slightly from the images shown. Where necessary, my jewellery is hallmarked at Goldsmiths’ Hall in London.
Size and Colour
Please bear in mind that images on the Internet tend to make jewellery look absolutely huge, when in reality most pieces are really quite small. Approximate measurements are given for each piece of jewellery, please ensure you have read and understood the sizes in question before making your purchase, to avoid any disappointment. I try to make my photographs as accurate as possible, but I cannot control the screen on which you may be viewing this website and therefore the colours of the metal and gemstones may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Re-Sizing
It may be possible for some rings to be re-sized. However, some rings are not suitable for re-sizing so it is always better to ensure you order the correct ring size to begin with, to avoid any disappointment. There is a £30 charge for ring re-sizing.
Stones
All of the stones used in my jewellery are unique, therefore some variation in colour and size is inevitable. Each gemstone is selected for its unique colour and beauty and any visible flaws are to be considered a part of its natural character.
Repairs
All my jewellery is guaranteed. Should your item need repairing or re-finishing please get in touch.
Bespoke
I am happy to work to commission and offer a bespoke service to my customers. Please email me for more information. Please note that bespoke items are non-returnable, but I will always work with you until you are completely happy with your special piece of jewellery.
Bespoke Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin any bespoke commissions, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion. I am happy to accept either of these payments in instalments, but the jewellery will remain in my possession until payment is received in full.
Sourcing
I am committed to sourcing the raw materials for my jewellery in a responsible manner. The majority of the gold and silver I work with is 100% recycled. Where a 100% recycled metal is not available I will use a part-recycled alternative. I only source gemstones from trusted suppliers who take into consideration the environmental and social impact of the mining and cutting of the stones they supply. All my diamonds adhere to the Kimberley Process.
